Homebuyer Education

Three Rivers Housing Development Corporation is a REACH Affiliate.  REACH stands for Readiness Education Awareness Collaborative for Homebuyers.  It is the goal of Reach organizations and their partners to improve our Nebraska communities through homeownership.  It is through this means of education that we help to prepare homebuyers to be successful in their purchase and ownership.  REACH Homebuyer Education is a statewide organization.

It our intention that our Home Buyer Education Classes will help you with your decision about purchasing a home by bringing you to a training that shows you each step of the way in a casual classroom atmosphere.  The classes are offered on week night evenings and Saturdays to meet your hectic schedules.

Homebuyer Education is offered every other month in Fremont through our REACH Affiliate Partner, First State Bank & Trust.  You will get the opportunity to hear first hand from house inspectors, realtors, appraisers, insurance agents, title insurance companies and lenders and their expert opinions on the steps that lead to successful home purchases and ownership.

 

 

The purpose of the Home Buyer Education Program is to help you achieve your goal of sustainable homeownership. The class is a requirement of our program and will teach you everything you need to know to become a successful homeowner.
